Growing a global coin collecting app and community through insights OPS

EOD partnered up with Coiniverse to be a part of launching the global coin collecting app with a pre-built waitlist of digital coin collectors. We then converted this wait-list pull into our own coin collecting community to be used as the basis of our insights OPS.

Our hands-on, method-agnostic approach to UX research ensured a constant flow of human insights, supporting the Coiniverse app development every step of the way.

STRATEGIC UX RESEARCH APPROACH

Community interaction is at the core of our UX research approach

To build a long-lasting UX research capability within the Coiniverse app development core (customer, market, UX etc.), we needed to tap in to our very own collector community. With an active user testing group of real customers, users, fans & community actives, we could plan and deploy more tests and experiments at different scales, from conceptual ideas to interface usability. Community feedback helped us refine our data-gathering methods to ensure high-velocity UX research and in-depth insight.
